摘要
The presented work is devoted to the development of demulsifiers in order to effectively destroy oil-water emulsions, regulate undesirable components in oil that cause corrosion of equipment, increase the service life of expensive catalysts and improve the quality characteristics of oil products: water content, salts, paraffin deposits, to increase the service life of oilfield and oil refining equipment beyond account of aggressive formation water, improved transportation and refining of petroleum products, the development of modifiers to prevent softening, cracking, and the destruction of asphalt pavement. To solve these problems, new demulsifiers were obtained; to obtain them, sulfanol was used as a matrix, as the most active surfactant and aluminum nanoparticles with sizes of 60-80 nm, which greatly reduce the interfacial surface tension at the water - carbon interface. It was revealed that the effect of 0.001% Al nanoparticles (60-80 nm) on the surface tension of sulfanol solutions with different concentrations (0.004-0.032 % wt.) showed that with an increase in the concentration of sulfanol in studied compositions, the surface tension of solutions decreased from 9.5.10(-3) N/m to 2.8.10(-3) N/m, in other words, compared to solutions of sulfanol of the corresponding concentration without nanoparticles, the surface tension decreased by 69.2-80.9%. It was found that when 0.5-1.0% non-ionic surfactant soluble in oil is added to bitumen, the physicochemical parameters of bitumen such as elongation and adhesion to a solid surface - adhesion - are improved, while other indicators meet the requirements for road bitumen. And the addition of the obtained demulsifier to the composition of bitumen, all its characteristic parameters, including the adhesion of rubble in bitumen, are improved
