Functional relationships between physical-chemical oil properties and development period and water-cut are determined. Reviewed are, as physical parameters, oil density and viscosity; as compositional parameters - sulfur content, wax content, asphaltene content, tar content; as fractional composition parameters - output of hydrocarbons with different temperatures of evaporation.
