摘要
The classrooms is a space of opportunity for knowledge, debate and research on the problems and challenges that many rural areas of our country are currently facing. Therefore, the need to strengthen collaboration and cooperation between universities, local authorities and citizens. The selected way is through the participation and transfer of human and technical resources that increase their potential with respect to the identification, analysis and use of endogenous resources for the local development of these areas and the training of students. All of these involves attending to the needs of a real customer, such as a Town Hall, or citizen demands. With this methodology, students reach a first professional approach to urbanism, while interacting with the different agents involved in a population (mayor, councilors and neighbors) in all phases of the project.
