摘要：
By means of the CIMS operation philosophy, this paper analyzed and researched the management pattern of a experimental enterprise of the CIMS application project from the angle of the information integration. Also, it expounded the problems existing in the current management pattern, and advanced a sort of design thought, that is, during the overall design of CIMS, the operation and management process should be sciencelized and rationalized firstly, then be automated. On the basis of dissecting the problem, the management pattern suited to the CIMS was also designed.
