摘要：

In the times of knowledge-based economic, knowledge, in stand of the manpower, material resources, financial resources and so on, becomes the core resource in the innovative development of the enterprise. Starting with the definition of the enterprise knowledge management, the paper forms the knowledge system of the enterprise, then based on the process of the knowledge management, forms the knowledge management system of the enterprise, and furthermore pays a research on the implementation strategy of the enterprise knowledge management, it is significant in reference of the enterprise knowledge management implementation.
