Research about Implementation Strategy of Knowledge Management in Project Management Enterprise

It gathered the first-hand materials from one of large-scale project consulting management enterprise, then researched issues about implementation strategy of knowledge management in the enterprise. The investigation focused on the hardware and software foundation of KM, the contents of knowledge acquisition, atmosphere(will),obstacles and methods of sharing knowledge, incentive measures and the approaches of implementation knowledge management It used statistical software SPSS 13.0 for data analysis then proposed some oriented strategies about how to implement KM in the enterprise., most of which had been put into practice the value of this paper is that the research method and the results have some reference value for effectively implementation the knowledge management in same kind of project management enterprises.
