Results. - The thematic analysis of the verbatim revealed common themes among participants regarding the representation of the transition as well as the facilitators and obstacles encountered in their work. Discussion. - This research has highlighted new elements in the work of psychologists with regards to the transition process such as clinical judgment, interpersonal aspects and therapeutic alliance.
