摘要：
The enterprise knowledge alliance is the interactive process that enterprise transfers, shares and integrates knowledge, as well as the process to master the knowledge of alliance members and creates new knowledge with alliance members. This article discusses the principle, subjects and obstacle in the knowledge innovation of enterprise knowledge alliance. At the same time, this paper proposes suggestions about how to overcome these obstacles in the knowledge innovation in enterprise knowledge alliance.
