摘要：
The coming Knowledge Economy Era will greatly influence all kinds of enterprises' conduct. They must study Knowledge Economy, grasp its law and feature, change their business ideas, and establish Knowledge Management ideas. They must take innovation as the main factor of production, pay high emphasis on the accumulation of high-level talents, alter their organization system, change their business strategy - facing the world market, innovating on Knowledge Products, etc. Only by then, they can win a wonderful future.
