摘要
As an advanced management mode, the construction supply chain management is playing an increasingly important role in the fierce market competition. Construction supply chain management can not only increase the construction enterprises' profits, improve the core competitiveness, but also bring some risks. If we can not correctly identify, analyze and management these risks, the enterprises will suffer serious economic losses. In this paper, the contracting mode of Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) as an example is used to study on the risks management of construction supply chain. The paper firstly summarizes the EPC general contracting mode and the basic theory of construction supply chain. On the basis of risks identification and risks analysis, the risks evaluation index system of construction supply chain are designed. Finally some risks management measures are put forward. It can give some beneficial references for the risks research of construction supply chain, and promote the performance of construction enterprises and projects.
