摘要：
In this paper the author firstly. presents the definition of manufacturing supply chain (SC) and construction supply chain (USC) combing the model figure. Then this paper puts forward the characteristic of CSC by comparing the commonness and differences between manufacturing and construction industry, thereby points out that integration would be the trend for the development of construction supply chain management (CSCM) and presents three, steps for the implement of the integrated CSCM, which guides the effective implement of SCM in construction industry.
