摘要：
Supply chain is "the third profit source", which can either reduce operation cost or provide excellent service to customer. Under analyzing present situation of construction enterprise supply chain management, this paper points out the way for building efficient supply chain is to improve internal logistics system, strengthen supplier management, construct supplier management system, finally realize all-win with key suppliers through working on building strategic partnership of co-ordination.
