摘要
In casino hotels, tourists become to care about experiences more than basic products and services that hotels provide. Responding to this trend, more and more hotels are offering services catering to guests' needs on travel experience. Yet, variability in demographics, such as gender, age, location, education, occupation, and income that affecting the tourist experiences, i.e. entertainment experience, educational experience, escapist experience and esthetic experience. This may provide opportunities for marketers and hotel managers to collaborate in the further marketing segmentation and developing more effective marketing strategies to increase customer satisfaction. From the perspective of tourists' travel experience and casino hotel management, the authors discuss the significance of differences in travel experiences among tourists with different demographics in Macau casino hotels based on the empirical research.
