Responding to this trend, more and more hotels are offering services catering to guests' needs on travel experience. Yet, variability in demographics, such as gender, age, location, education, occupation, and income that affecting the tourist experiences, i.e. entertainment experience, educational experience, escapist experience and esthetic experience.
