摘要
It is common that real estate enterprises manage numerous projects concurrently. Different from traditional single project, the performance evaluation for multi-project management is more important and complicated. The performance evaluation model of multi-project management in real estate enterprises is introduced in this paper. First of all, the performance evaluation index system for single project management is established according to the main stages that real estate enterprises care the most: construction and selling. After the weight of each index is determined with Analytic Hierarchy Process and the Expert Scoring Method, the performance of single project management is evaluated with the score of each index. Furthermore, the indexes of organization interior and customer are added to the performance evaluation index system for multi-project management. Then on the basis of project priorities, the whole performance of multi-project management is evaluated. Finally, a case is given to prove that the performance evaluation system established in this paper is reasonable and effective.
