摘要
In order to find one organizational structure type, which is more suitable for multiple project management of the construction enterprise, three models are used that include timeliness and timeliness entropy, quality and quality entropy, fitness and changeful entropy to analyze the order degree of linear structure, and discusses the shortcomings of common matrix organizational structure, and proposes an improved matrix organizational structure that is in low entropy. The analysis shows that both the linear model and the common matrix organizational structure can't meet the needs of the multi-project construction organization. The improved matrix organizational structure that is in the low entropy has the high degree of order and can meet the requirements of the multi-project management better. Based on the results of the study, the more general evaluation method of multi-project management organizational structure of construction enterprise is raised, and puts forward the scientific and reasonable suggestions. The results of research can provide reference for similar projects in the organization management.
