摘要
With the rapid development of e-commerce, as well as the pursuit of product with the unique personality, more and more enterprises, websites and online shops began to carry out the consumer marketing. This new business model requires efficiently and orderly conduct of a large number of network orders in co-integration process in the following order: orders received to orders classification to Production organization to distribution, so as to maximize customers' satisfaction in online shopping and effectively reduce the additional cost which may pay and difficult to accurately assess. Therefore, this article will classify these network orders into different types and consider them as different property projects according to the custom and distribution requirements points. Through the introduction of multi-project management theory and method, we establish a multi-target uncertainty planning model with target being minimizing additional cost of the enterprise and maximizing the customer overall satisfaction and the additional cost being measured by fuzzy number. The results of calculation examples corresponding to the model show that the model is feasible and effective in its consumer customizable timely response and multi resource allocation.
