摘要
One-pot methods were developed for the preparation of 6-amino-3-isopropyl-7-aryl substituted-8-thioxo(oxo)pyrano [3,4-c]pyridines derivatives. The latter served as starting materials for the synthesis of a new py rano[4',3':4,5]pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine heterosystems. The proposed mechanisms of one-pot reactions were presented. Antitumor activity of new synthesized compounds was predicted by in silico methods.
