摘要
A highly efficient and versatile synthetic approach to the synthesis of pyrido[4',3':4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidines (3, 7a-c), pyrido[4',3:4,5]-thieno[2,3-d][1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidines' (8, 10-12), (15, 16), pyrido[4",3":4',5']lthieno[2',3':4,5]pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazine (9), and polymethylene condensed (e.g., pyrrolo-1 piperidino-, azepino-)-pyridothienopyrimidines (18a-c) is described utilizing diethyl 2-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno[2,3-c]pyridine-3,6-dicarboxylate 1 as the starting material.
