摘要：
As the main support for the development of regional innovation, newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities during the process of subject construction is facing the following contradictions: following the logic of discipline development, discipline and team building resources. therefore we should develop Applied Science, regard cultivating innovative talents as a long-term task, emphasize the unity, discipline construction growth and dynamic.
