The Innovation and Practice of the Training Mode of Functional Food Talents in Newly - Built Undergraduate Universities

With the rapid development of China's economy, people's daily living standards and health needs are increasing, but also with the rapid development of functional food industry, new undergraduate universities of functional talent training model needs continuous improvement and innovation, so as to keep up with the pace of social development. Because of these new undergraduate colleges lack of school experience, resulting in the cultivation of functional food talent there are many problems.
