Components of Entrepreneurial Strategic Competencies: Empirical Analysis Based on Private Enterprises in Zhejiang Province

摘要：
Entrepreneurial strategic competencies play an important role in the structure of entrepreneurial competencies. This paper adopts methods including theoretical analysis, entrepreneurial interview, exploratory survey and formal survey. Based on the formal survey data of 121 private enterprises in Zhejiang Province, we find that entrepreneurial strategic competencies consist of strategic formulation competencies, strategic implementation competencies and strategic change competencies. The result is useful for entrepreneurs to strengthen their strategic competencies pertinently.
