摘要：
As one of the most fundamental applied items among all sports, track and field sports tend to encounter sports injury accidents easily. In the process of training, athletes may suffer sports injury to different degrees in case of small faults. Based on this, it is of important practical significance to take effective measures to prevent sports injury accidents from happening. This thesis analyzes forms of common sports injury in athletic training, discusses causes for common sports injury in the athletic training, expounds common ways to deal with sports injury in the athletic training and proposes several suggestions for prevention of sports injury in the athletic training.
