Research on the Future Development Trend of the Athletic Training

The physical education and training has an important role in the students' physical and mental development. Therefore, in recent years, more and more attention has been paid to it. After the efforts of many parties, we have made the remarkable achievement. But there is no denying that the there are many problems that the levels of the development are uneven, and the construction of the discipline is relatively blind, and the curriculum setting lacks the characteristics and so on, which undoubtedly and seriously affected the further development of the physical education and training. Therefore, the author of this paper comprehensively discusses the future development trend of the physical education and training in China from the aspects of maintaining the relative independence of the subjects of the physical training, strengthening the external synthesis of the discipline of the physical training, enhancing the internal integration of the discipline of the physical training, and providing services for the competitive sports.
