摘要
Taking the Xiqiao hotel from Guangdong as an example, this paper analyzes factors affecting hotel employees' turnover and means to reduce turnover rate. Based on existing theories, this paper identifies three factors affecting hotel employees' turnover, i.e. external factors, internal factors, and personal factors. The authors firstly construct a concept model on the turnover of hotel employees; and then propose a brand-new process model on total management based on psychological contract.
