Erhoht die Menge an Gluten, das in den ersten Lebensjahren uber die Nahrung zugefuhrt wird, das Risiko fur Zoliakie bei genetisch pradisponierten Kindern? In einer prospektiven internationalen Studie wurde dieser mogliche Zusammenhang bei 6605 Kindern mit HLA-Merkmalen, die mit einer Zoliakie assoziiert sind, untersucht.
