摘要
The in-plane load introduction of high compression forces into structurally used glass elements recently increased, for example stiffening glass panes for facades or in other primary load bearing structural glasses. The load is usually introduced within holes with bolts and a washer (bearing connection) or directly by bearing blocks at the glass edge. The appropriate contact materials have to be tested by a compression test and in combination with the glass. For the design of the material and the glass, the identification of the mechanical properties of the contact material from the tests is important.
