摘要
A novel double-foot piezoelectric linear motor with lever amplification mechanism is proposed in the paper. The motor mainly consists of a stator, a clamping mechanism, a linear guide, a ceramic bar, a preload mechanism and a base. Considering the operating principle of the motor, the design process of the driving unit and the lever mechanism is described and analyzed. To verify the feasibility of the system, a serials of experiments is conducted. From the frequency test, it is found that with the frequency increase from 10 Hz to 110 Hz, the velocity of y direction rise from 0.464 mm/s to 4.099 mm/s while the velocity of negative y direction rise from 0.342 mm/s to 3.785 mm/s. In load capacity test, the maximum thrust of the motor is about 10.01 N measured by adding different external loads on the mover. In addition, two work mode of the motor is discussed by providing different driving signal to the motor. Taking advantages of simple structure, large stroke, high precision, multi work mode and so on, the motor has potential applications in many fields. (C) 2017 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
