摘要
Faculty roles are challenging and often stressful. This is especially true for scholars who are marginalized due to their race. This study examines the sources of stress for African American faculty teaching in predominantly white institutions. The results show stress to be most commonly related to time constraints and promotion concerns while also revealing important gender differences.
