Complications of Lewisian Turning Point for Innovation of Human Resource Management in China

摘要
The coming Lewisian Turning Point implies the situation of unlimited labor supply has disappeared, which provides an objective reality basis for innovation of human resource management. The paper proves that Lewisian First Turning Point is on the corner in China by the related data. The author suggests three innovations of human resource management in China by learning from some developed countries which have experienced Lewisian turning point. One is the shift from the loose passive management to the organized initiative management of workers; the second is culture management which will be the most important factor for success in the enterprise; the third is the ideas of government management which will change from maintain the justice to guide and coordination.
