摘要：

This paper mainly discusses the problem whether china' labor market is turning to the Lewisian Turning Point By using the theoretical studying method, and analyzing the concept of the turning point and demographical dividend, especially the opposite opinion, we can draw the conclusion that China' labor market is meeting the turning point. In addition to the above, this paper also puts forward some problems deserving study further.
