For a long time, domestic Chinese enterprises have given first rank to profits and neglected scientific, professional, standardized and refined management. The financial crisis, withdrawal of investment of foreign enterprises and shift of world factories have sounded the alarms to these enterprises which means that the native studies of Chinese enterprises are faced with an important turning point. The article analyzes the background, reality and problems of Human Resource Management of Chinese enterprises from the angle of Human Resource Management and points out four changes s and puts forward a research direction which is based on maturity model.
