摘要
Housing industry is one of civil economic developmental supports. Housing customer satisfaction index model is established by analyzing the characteristics of housing industry and using the America Custom Satisfaction Index model (ACSI) for reference. A Sample research is put in practice using the model. The research results show that enterprise image can not be ignored as establishing Housing custom satisfaction index model. The main factors influencing customer satisfaction and loyalty are found by analyzing the correlation of factors, which provide academic base for real estate enterprise putting customer satisfaction stratagem.
