摘要
Quality cost management based on customer satisfaction is the main content of the quality cost management of modern enterprises. Based on analysis of the limitations of the traditional quality cost model, this article is aiming to improve the content from the point view of customer satisfaction, and construct quality cost model and optimize it. It shows the relationship between customer satisfaction and quality cost based on the model show, to provide the basis for the enterprise to carry on the related decision.
