Research on Pattern of Management and Control in Enterprise Groups for Synergistic Effects

With the development of enterprise groups, problems of management and control between parent corporation and subsidiary corporation are becoming more and more prominent. This article summarizes the development of pattern of management and control in enterprises from different aspects, analyzes the impact factors during the process of management and control in enterprises based on the object to achieve synergistic effects and furthermore, it also constructs a pattern of management and control in enterprise groups that can exert synergistic effects completely, which provides useful information for research on managing an enterprise group for reference.
