摘要
With the further development of electric power informatization, the type and number of electric power informatization projects are unceasingly increasing, the funds of implementation continue to rise, how to manage and control these informatization projects is a difficult problem in front of people. This paper puts forward a set of construction plan of electric power enterprise informatization project management and control system with the background of power information construction, based on complex scientific management. From the angle of management science, we design the control mechanism of implementation of informatization projects. From the point of view of complex science, we design a planning scheme of large scale informatization projects. On the basis of this scheme, we use the concept of Differential Manifold, abstract the "Point-Line-Surface-Body" three-dimensional Manifold Control Model, and finally refine the key technology and method of implementation of electric power enterprise informatization project management and control system. Through the use of these techniques, the implementation of intelligent control system is realistic, which can provide decision support for the implementation of electric power informatization projects.
