摘要
The Lingdingyang Bridge is a three-span steel box girder suspension bridge with a main span of 1666 m on Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link. The main pier cap is 36m in diameter and 8m in height. The double-walled steel hanging box is used as the temporary cofferdam and permanent anti-collision box for the cap. The inner diameter of the steel hanging box is 36.2m, the height is 16m, and the weight is 1783t. During the construction process, the system changes frequently and the stress is complex. A finite element model of the whole construction process is built to analyze the forces during the lifting up, integral lowering, bottom cover pouring and cover pouring. The finite element calculation results are compared with the actual monitoring results on site, and the two are close. At the same time, the MSC. Dytran calculation software was used to simulate the anti-collision effect of the steel gondola when a 100,000 t ship was impacted from the front and side, and it was found that the maximum impact force was reduced by 5.6% and 7.4% respectively during the frontal and side impacts. The structural design of the steel hanging box is reasonable, and the overall calculation method and construction method are reasonable and feasible.
