摘要
The Professional Knowledge of the Biology Teacher is considered a product of the integration/transformation between experiential knowledge (knowledge derived from life history, and reflection on the experience and context) and academic knowledge (didactic and biological knowledge). Therefore, the results of an action-research developed within the framework of a doctoral thesis which characterizes the knowledge that a pre-service biology teacher builds in relation to the teaching of biodiversity. Four professional knowledge arose in relation to the following structuring concept of Biology: teaching of biodiversity and self-care and that of others, and the possibility of getting ahead; teaching of biodiversity and sustain life from a critical perspective; teaching of biodiversity and sustain life from the understanding of ecosystemic interactions; teaching of biodiversity and the structuring of a way of knowing. Understanding the construction and production of this knowledge places the teacher as a subject of knowing who contributes to the field of science didactics in the research line Professional Knowledge of the teacher.
