摘要
The Analog Devices TMP37 temperature sensor is used to monitor the differences in temperature between sensors pairs in order to find the gradients in the U.S. Atlas End Cap Muon Chambers. It was chosen because of its stability, linearity, high output signal, and especially the low self-heating. We have irradiated samples of these sensors with neutrons and gamma rays. The results of these measurements are presented.
