摘要：
The article presents recent initiatives of specialists in the field of corporate economy and finance in the European Union with regards to involving employees in the decision making process, ways of implementing this organization and operation model in the various organizations. It presents at the same time the implications of implementing social economy over the presence of the company on the financial market, and the common orientations in the EU regarding the implementation of the measures proposed for the improvement of corporate management.
