摘要：

Business courses in Brazil have increased considerably in the last two decades, which generates a great demand for managing teachers. It is relevant that these professionals, who have not had a teacher education, are aware of the issues surrounding their teaching practice, as well as the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), so that together they can successfully meet the demands and expectations of contemporary society. Thus, this study, which deals with the clipping of a doctoral research, aims to present the results and discussion for the research conducted with bachelor of management professors about their ideas of their pedagogical practices.
