摘要
Virtual distributed processing unit (DPU) technology can realize the dynamic mathematical model simulation of distributed control systems (DCS). The software function resembles low-cost production. Thus, this technology is suitable for the application of production enterprise in personnel training, online detection, design and debugging, and fault diagnosis. The configuration of the production process can be used by papermaking factory employees in virtual DPU technology. Employees cannot only master the whole paper production process, but they can also control the entire production to improve operation effect and quality. In addition, the simulation platform of virtual DPU technology provides a simulation platform that enables transformation mills that employ realistic process to meet the needs of "digitalization" in paper making and other processes.
