摘要
Distinguishing between a single-screw and a twin-screw extruder is a relatively easy task. However, from all outward appearances, many components of both extruders may be similar. This discussion will serve as an introduction to identify the major exterior similarities of extruder barrels and their internal differences as applied to extrusion cooking.
