摘要：
Refluxing indole-2-carbohydrazide 1 with CS2 in the presence of KOH in ethanol gave 5-(1H-indol-2-yl) - [1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-thiol] 2. Condensation of 2 with hydrazine hydrate in refluxing pyridine gave 2-(5-mercapto-4-amino-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl) indole 3. Treatment of 3 with alpha-haloketone gave hitherto unknown 3-(1H-indol-2-yl)-6-aryl/alkyl-7H- [1,2,4] triazole [3,4-b] [1,3,4] thiadiazines 4. Reaction of 3 with aldehydes in the presence of piperidine at room temp gave 5.
