摘要：
This paper makes a full introduction of development of e-commerce in China. The author first analyzes the gap of informationization, barriers and opportunities for Chinese e-commerce, then introduces present status of e-commerce in China, and finally bring forwards some directions and concrete measures for China to further develop e-commerce.
