摘要
At first, this article analyzes the factors which influenced the system efficiency of the equipment, and then sets up the index system of the efficiency evaluation.. As the efficiency index is not usually has the same direction, the traditional principal component method perhaps could not be applied for the equipment system efficiency evaluation. In view of this, this article building the system efficiency evaluation model of equipment by combining the principal component method with least squares method, and carries out the evaluation and rank of 10 kinds of equipment through this model. Simulation results in Matlab indicate that the improving arithmetic can be able to reflect system efficiency with fewer index, and the improved method solves the problem of different direction of the index, so it is reasonable and effective and worth deeper research.
