摘要
An in-depth analysis has been done on the shortages of an existing PCA improvement. To overcome these shortages., a new improved principal component analysis used for fault detection has been stated. The new method breaks through the limitation of the number selection of retained component and makes use of the 'time lag shift' data more efficiently compared with the traditional way. Extensive testing on TE process simulation demonstrates effectiveness of the new method.
