摘要
The spark-plasma sintering (SPS) method which enables the manufacturing of dense materials in a short period at low sintering temperatures was investigated. The SPS was a technology for materials which utilizes the high energy of a high temperature plasma generated when pulsed formed electric energy was applied to the space among fine particles. The ionic conductivity was higher than that of conventional sintering (CS) between 300-850°C. The activation energy for the SPS which was estimated from the slop in the range of 400-800°C was 91 KJ mol-1 indicated that the conduction mechanism in SPS ceramics was similar to that in CS ceramics.
