摘要：
Clean development mechanism (CDM) is one of the three mechanisms on greenhouse gases emission reduction under Kyoto protocol. CDM is beneficial to both the developed countries and the developing countries on aspect of greenhouse gases mitigation. This paper introduces the process of CDM development abroad, analyzes the development potential of CDM in different fields of Shandong province, discusses the advantages and problems in developing CDM project, and defines the important developing fields in future. Based on this, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to develop CDM project in Shandong province.
