Study on the Innovation Development of Marine Economy in Shandong Province

Aimed at the shortcomings of the study of innovation and development of the Shandong marine economy, the article selected the relevant indicators of marine economy in Shandong from 2004 to 2013 as the research object to analyse the present situation of marine economy and the existing problems. We built the evaluation model of marine economic innovation and development capability. Using the SPSS software, we adopted the principal component analysis to scoring the development of the Shandong marine economy comprehensively. The results showed that the comprehensive score is increasing year by year. It is closely related to the rising emphasis on the development, the rising investment of science and technology and the rising emphasis on the environmental management and protection ability. So, in the process of promoting the innovation and development of marine economy, we must coordinate the development of all aspects.
